The overall structure consists of a glass conveying and straightening unit, a tape edge sealing module, a servo screw mechanism, a vacuum system, etc. 
The combination of servo motor and module drives the edge sealing mechanism, with fast speed and high accuracy. 
The edge banding system includes a tape fixing mechanism, a tape edge banding adhesive mechanism, an edge banding mechanism, and a flattening mechanism. Rolling the adhesive tape with a cow tendon roller can effectively flatten the tape, prevent rigid contact, and avoid the probability of battery cell fragments and hidden cracks.
